GREENSBORO, NC., May 14, 2024— ® has signed a record number of independent insurance agencies in the first quarter of 2024 with 444 agencies partnering with the fastest growing insurance network in the nation. This number eclipses all historical first quarter results. In addition, in the month of April, another 133 joined – bringing the 4-month total to 577.
“As independent agents and former captive agents do their research when looking for a network to partner with — more and more are choosing us,” said Ashley Wingate, Smart Choice executive vice president, sales and distribution. “We are the network of choice because our contract favors the agent.”
Choosing an insurance network is a decision that requires thorough due diligence. The network you choose can determine how much you earn, what type of policies you can sell, and what resources are available to you. The entire trajectory of your business can hinge on this single decision. The recent whitepaper, gives agents the information they need to make an informed decision.
“After comparing Smart Choice to other competitors, I found that some wanted as much as $12,500 upfront and if you sell your agency 30% of the sale”, said Britt Olson-Dahl, Brittany Olson Insurance Agency owner. “I looked at more than 15 networks — tracking and comparing the options on a spreadsheet — coming to the decision that Smart Choice was the right fit for my agency.”
