This product is an excellent tool to evaluate production and service team’s skill sets, justify review of staff members, target specific education needs, use your education budget more efficiently, motivate staff, and hire personnel with the applicable insurance knowledge to meet your needs.
Two products are currently available: the Standardized test and the Customized test in both Commercial and Personal Lines. These exams can be purchased at four levels: Entry, Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced. Results are delivered immediately.
