Lea mas more than two decades of insurance experience. Beginning his career in insurance as an underwriter, he later served in various roles at Marsh USA, Swiss Re, ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ and CNA. He most recently served as chief underwriting officer at Vantage Risk.
Malm previously served as vice president of operations at Embroker. She previously served as COO at HearMe, COO and chief financial officer at Ennabl, and national director of operations at Marsh & McLennan Agency.
