Winston Welch joined Crest Insurance Group in its Tucson and Scottsdale, Arizona offices.

Welch has extensive experience in management and business development, both in the U.S. and internationally. He previously served as U.S. support manager at TrackMan and as omni sales and operations lead at Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Neal Joins Alliant’s Value-Based Healthcare Solutions Team

Branden Neal joined Alliant Insurance Services, headquartered in Irvine, California, as senior vice president on the value-based healthcare solutions team within the employee benefits group.

Neal has spent his career in the healthcare industry. He previously served as a founder at Salute Safety, an advisor at Omasys Controls, a co-founder and advisor at Panda Health and an adviser at DosedDaily. Based in New York, Neal will focus on building the structure, analytic tools, and advisory capacity to support value-based healthcare for a national client base.
