Alliant Insurance Services named Adam Walter a vice president within its employee benefits group. based in Phoenix, Arizona.
Walter will design and deploy employee benefits solutions for an array of regional and national clients with a targeted expertise in cost containment and self-funded programs.
Walter has experience creating employee benefits programs for clients across a breadth of industries and sizes.
Alliant is a distributors of diversified insurance products and services.
Foresight in California promoted Elaine Bruce to vice president, underwriting, and Matt Lachowski to the associate vice president, underwriting.
Bruce and Lachowski will be responsible for partnering with Foresight’s business development team, the onboarding and training of new underwriting team members, and pipeline growth and management.
Bruce has 20 years of underwriting experience. Bruce previously held leadership roles of at numerous companies, including AmTrust and Everest.
Lachowski joined Foresight in May 2021, after spending five years in underwriting at Amtrust.
Foresight is an insurtech specializing in commercial coverage for the hard-to-place middle market.
