Rosandic was the former COO/co-founder of the Fidelity National Property and Casualty Insurance Group.
Rosandic has experience in distribution channels of the insurance industry from his work at Assured Relocation, Guy Carpenter and Pacific Specialty.
Alkeme is based in Ladera Ranch, Calif., and backed by GCP Capital Partners,
Pemco Mutual Insurance named Cynthia La Rowe to executive team as vice president, chief people and brand officer.
La Rowe will head human resources, marketing and communications, real estate and facilities and enterprise services.
She has more than 30 years of experience spanning multiple sectors and industries.
Prior to PEMCO, La Rowe led sales and client service practices with The Spur Group and Bridge Partners. Before that, she led global people functions for Starbucks and Microsoft.
