Crest Insurance Group has acquired SpringbergMcAndrew Insurance in Lake Havasu City, Ariz.
Principal Mike McAndrew joined the firm in 1989. McAndrew and longtime co-owner Brian Springberg have since grown the company to one of the largest firms in Mohave County.
McAndrew and his team will be working from their current location in Lake Havasu City.
Lois Heath will continue her role as a broker as an employee benefits consultant. She joined the firm in 2010.
Dee Erhart will continue her role focusing on property/casualty insurance.
Crest Insurance has offices throughout the Southwest and holds licenses in all 50 states.
