California’s State Compensation Insurance Fund has created , whether they are policyholders or not, to prepare their businesses for the next phases of COVID-19 reopening and help to avoid penalties from Cal/OSHA.
State Fund’s resource is in response to Cal/OSHA’s five new to protect workers from COVID-19, which all businesses are required to implement. As of Feb. 1, the grace period will end and business who do not comply are susceptible to monetary penalties.
The resource center includes:
- on the steps for employers to take if an employee reports a positive test or symptoms of COVID-19.
