Private equity firm Huron Capital announced today that its insurance brokerage platform, High Street Insurance Partners, has acquired Premier Northwest Insurance in Oregon City, Ore.
The firm has also acquired Day, Deadrick & Marshall Inc. in Beltsville, Md.
Premier NW is an independent agency. The firm has three Oregon offices that provide insurance services to customers across the state, with a primary focus in agriculture.
The shareholders of both DDM and Premier NW will remain active with High Street. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
