Spear has 14 years of industry experience. She previously worked in the benefits department at SeaTech Insurance Agency Inc./Pacific Unified Insurance.
Spear’s main responsibilities as will be to establish new business and manage client relationships.
Burnham is an employee benefits and insurance services company.
