The Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California on Wednesday submitted a Jan. 1, 2020, regulatory filing to the California Insurance Commissioner.
The filing contains the following proposals:
- Amendments to the California Workers’ Compensation Uniform Statistical Reporting Plan鈥�1995, including amendments to the Standard Classification System. The amendments are proposed to become effective Jan. 1, 2020, and applied to a policy with an effective date on or after Jan. 1, 2020.
- Amendments to the Miscellaneous Regulations for the Recording and Reporting of Data鈥�1995 to become effective Jan. 1, 2020, and applied to a policy with an effective date on or after Jan. 1, 2020.
- Amendments to the California Workers’ Compensation Experience Rating Plan鈥�1995 to become effective Jan. 1, 2020, and applied as of the first rating effective date of a risk on or after Jan. 1, 2020.
