Reliance Partners is acquiring Sacramento, Calif.-based CTS Insurance Agency.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The combination expands Reliance Partners’ transportation and logistics footprint to the West Coast.
David Hicks, formerly of CTS, will be leading the new office in Sacramento.
Reliance Partners is based in Chattanooga, Tenn.
