Leavitt Group has made Valley Insurance Agency part of Leavitt Group Northwest.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Valley Insurance Agency’s Robert Bush, Sheila Siggins and Ginger Patton will remain with the merged agency.
Bush and Siggins will work out of Leavitt Group’s Everett, Wash., office, and Patton will work out of the Auburn, Wash., office. Bush has 30 years of experience in business, customer services, and risk management and focuses on commercial property/casualty insurance. Patton has worked in personal lines for 19 years. Siggins has 20 years of experience working in commercial insurance.
Valley Insurance Agency is an independent agency located in downtown Redmond.
Leavitt Group Northwest has offices in Oak Harbor, Auburn, Everett, and University Place. Clients receive employee benefits solutions, P/C insurance, risk management, health insurance and other services.
