Calabasas, Calif.-based Topa Insurance Group has named Delaney O’Brien director of marketing and communications.

O’Brien will develop strategies to enhance Topa Insurance’s public image and cultivate relationships with members of the industry and the media.

O’Brien started at Topa Insurance as a marketing representative in 2014 and was later promoted corporate communications manager.

Topa Insurance Co. is one of the wholly owned subsidiaries of Topa Insurance Group, a boutique insurance holding company.
