Irvine, Calif.-based Burnham Benefits Insurance Services Inc. has named Luis Milla chief strategy officer to lead the firm’s technical unit.
Milla joins Burnham Benefits with more than 23 years of experience in the employee benefits industry.
Milla was previously a senior vice president at BB&T overseeing the national program strategies division. Milla started his career as an underwriter at Cigna.
Burnham is a privately held employee benefits consulting and brokerage firm.
