The U.S. Geological Survey reported a minor earthquake struck southeast of Kalispell, Mont. over the weekend
There were no reports of damage from the 3.6 magnitude earthquake that struck about 12:45 a.m. Saturday.
The epicenter was near Somers, on the northwest end of Flathead Lake.
KECI-TV in Missoula reported that a second, 1.6 magnitude earthquake was detected about 8 hours later northwest of Columbia Falls.
