Hawaii-based insurance firm Risk Solution Partners has merged with Woodruff-Sawyer & Co.
RSP will operate as a subsidiary of Woodruff-Sawyer & Co. under the Risk Solution Partners name.
The merger enables Woodruff-Sawyer to strengthen its position in this market, the firm stated.
San Francisco, Calif.-based Woodruff-Sawyer is an active partner of Assurex Global and International Benefits Network and has offices throughout California, Washington, Oregon and Colorado.
