Canoga Park, Calif.-based RGEB Employee Benefits has acquired the individual, Medicare and group health insurance businesses of A. A. Friss Insurance Services and Alan S. Pearlstein Insurance Services.
Both A.A. Friss and Alan S. Pearlstein provide health insurance plans to businesses in Southern California.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
These transactions add 120 group clients to RGEB’s insurance portfolio.
RGEB works with nearly 500 companies and has clients throughout California, Nevada, New York and Arizona.
