Ruth Hinckfuss was presented the Young Professional of the Year award at the National Association of Insurance Women/International Association of Insurance Professionals California Council meeting held Sept. 9 and 10 in San Diego.

Hinkfuss is employed as a marketing executive at Barney & Barney in San Diego. She is co-chair of the San Diego Insurance Women’s education and membership committees.
