San Diego-based Barney & Barney LLC has named Trindl Reeves chief sales officer. Reeves, who has been a principal with the century old firm since joining in 2006, has been a key component of the firm’s growth and will be responsible for leading the firm’s company-wide sales effort.
In 2008, Reeves helped to launch the company’s request for proposal response program. By consolidating and streamlining the process, the firm has gained dozens of new clients. Last year she helped to launch the firm’s women’s initiative, B&B GROW, which is aimed at supporting and mentoring the female associates of the company.
Reeves started her career in the insurance industry more than 20 years ago. Prior to joining Barney & Barney as a principal in the Commercial Department ,she served as managing director of Marsh San Diego. She held numerous leadership positions during her tenure with Marsh.
Trindl is actively involved on the boards and committees of several local organizations, such as CONNECT, BIOCOM and the Financial Executive’s International. She serves as the past president of the San Diego Venture Group and is a board member of the Economic Development Corp.
