Dan Hair, Utah Workers Compensation Fund senior vice president and chief underwriting and safety officer, has been promoted to chief risk operator. He will be responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise risk management (ERM) program. He also will work with other senior vice presidents to ensure that the company develops risk assessment and mitigation strategies in all areas, and provide guidance in developing decision making, risk assessment criteria, and models that are useful and effective.
Hair has broad insurance and risk management experience.
