Casey Roberts has opened Laurus Insurance Consulting in Lincoln, Calif. As principal and founder of Laurus, Roberts expects to serve fellow insurance agents in the areas of strategic sales development and management; goal setting and achievement; merger and acquisition planning; and risk management file audits. He also plans to provide individual mentoring and sales coaching.
Roberts has some 35 years of insurance sales and management experience in personal and commercial line, working within the independent agency business model. In addition, he brings to the business the speaking and leadership skills he has developed as an instructor the past 16 years for Insurance Skills Center. For the past seven years, he has been a lead instructor with IBA West’s Agribusiness Conferences and the AFIS designation. Casey will personally provide continuing education classes starting the first of 2011.
