Rene’ Maddox has been promoted to senior vice president of underwriting at AmCom Insurance Services Inc. Maddox now manages all aspects of AmCom’s underwriting operations. She has more than 20 years underwriting experience and has been with AmCom for 15 years. AmCom, a managing general agent located in San Ramon, Calif., specializes in artisan contractors, trucking, and sand and gravel risks in five western states including California. Networked Insurance Agents acquired AmCom earlier this year.
