Brokers Insurance Group (BIG) has named Justin McAdara a director.
McAdara has a diverse background, including realtor, insurance marketing representative and professional musician. He was a top producing real estate agent in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., for over a year when he and another colleague noticed that the housing market was starting to turn. He then became a marketing representative for ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ Agency Auto in north Los Angeles County and the San Fernando Valley, managing more than 400 brokers. He quickly moved up the ranks and took a position at the company’s home office in Alpharetta, Ga.,, where he was the marketing representative for National Accounts and oversaw 38 states and more than $100 million in total written premium. He also formerly was the Inland Empire, Calif., territory manager for Explorer Insurance.
