Marsh has appointed Etet Deguia as a managing director in the firm’s San Diego office. She currently acts as a global client executive, where she manages client relationships.
Deguia has been an integral part of the Marsh San Diego Office for more than 23 years. She serves as Marsh’s Life Science and Healthcare Practice leader and has been working in those industries for the past 13 years. Prior to this appointment, she was a senior vice president.
