San Francisco-based Woodruff-Sawyer & Co. announced that Matt Healy has joined the firm as vice president, executive benefits and succession planning, in San Francisco. Additionally, Penny Malouf has joined the firm as account executive, employee benefits in the Southern California office.
Healy will be working directly with clients to protect and preserve their personal and business assets. For more than 20 years, he has been using his insurance and legal expertise to help clients make informed decisions regarding complex estate, business and insurance planning issues. Before joining Woodruff-Sawyer, he was a regional specialist at TIME Financial Services.
Malouf brings 20 years of experience to Woodruff-Sawyer. She was most recently a senior benefits consultant at Mercer, where she worked for 11 years and provided ongoing service for all aspects of clients’ group benefits, from renewals and contract interpretations, to compliance and communications. Her diverse experience also includes working at a third-party administrator in management, customer service and claims roles, as well serving as a benefits consultant at a regional brokerage firm where her focus was on technology clients.
