a retail property, casualty and employee benefits insurance brokerage, has added Beth Ward as a senior principal in its San Francisco office, and Bruce Norris as a principal in its San Mateo, Calif., office.
Ward brings 20 years of experience in real estate and construction risk management, as well as expertise in the design, marketing and management of complex insurance programs. She specializes in the construction and real estate sectors, with an emphasis on the insurance and risk management needs of property owners, managers and developers.
Norris brings 16 years of experience in catastrophe analysis and technology, specializing in large property exposures, creative program design and complex insurance placements. As a part of EPIC’s Risk Management Division, his responsibilities will include partnering with the company’s brokers and their account management teams to identify, mitigate and manage property-related risk for current clients. Prior to joining EPIC, Norris spent 16 years with the Hobbs Group, HRH and Willis, most recently with Willis as national catastrophe analysis manager.
