The Southern California subsidiary of named Bryan Davis vice president and senior consultant, and Lissa Thomson as senior vice president, chief consultant, in the San Diego office.
Davis will serve as a liaison between clients and the benefits team, responsible for managing client relationships and client services delivery. He brings more than 15 years of experience in the health care industry. Prior to joining Lockton, he served as the western region vice president for UnitedHealth Group’s wellness company, Optum, where he led the sales and service for his region. His expertise includes more than 10 years in large case consulting with an emphasis in care management, the development of performance networks, global benefits, targeted wellness and consumer driven approaches, as well as risk financing strategies.
Thomson will serve a critical role in driving new business development and providing senior support to Lockton benefits consultants region-wide. She will also continue in her present position as member to Lockton’s national Strategic Initiative Group. She has more than 27 years serving in executive positions at some of the nation’s top consulting brokerage firms.
