Carl Warren & Company, a liability claims management enterprise headquartered in Orange County, Calif., has hired Larry Finn as new business development leader.

Finn brings with him more than 25 years experience in the insurance industry. Most recently, he was engaged in sales and business development with XL Insurance. His previous positions with the Fireman’s Fund and CIGNA involved various property and casualty insurance management roles in marketing, underwriting, finance, and operations.
