According to the company, its growth has been fueled by organic growth and strategic acquisitions. In 2000, Baldwin Resource Group purchased Bostick Monarch Inc. and Maloney & Associates, two local insurance agencies. In 2005, Baldwin Resource Group merged with The Meacham Group of Kirkland, a benefits agency.
