Grass Valley, Calif.-based Networked Insurance Agents has appointed Greg Arca territorial sales vice president, in San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Marin, Sonoma and Mendocino counties. Arca steps into the California north coast territory previously managed by Donna Percival, who now will serve as sales director, a new position.

Arca comes to Networked from Applied Underwriters, where he was agency manager in the Foster City, Calif., office. In this capacity, Arca managed a large workers’ comp sales territory. Prior to that, he worked as a marketing professional for Bank of the West, and in sales at NTT Verio, a Japanese internet service provider similar in scope to AT&T.

Percival will participate in hiring and training new sales staff, and develop affiliate-based programs.
