Professional Program Insurance Brokerage has added a Tanning Salon program to its self rating Tattoo, Body Piercing, Laser and quick quoting Medispa programs. PPIB’s program allows brokers the option to self-rate tanning salons to eliminate turnaround time.
The program is available in all 50 states. Minimum premium starts at $500. Policies are all packaged premises and professional with the ability to go up to a $3 million aggregate. There are no deductibles. Multi-bed credit for risks with more than four tanning units are available. Property minimum premium for tanning is $350 all risk, rcv, 90 percent coinsurance. Deductible is $1,000 for property.
