Balboa Insurance Group, which specializes in lender-placed auto and hazard insurance, added three industry veterans to its staff: Mark DeLoach, Gary Flowers, and David Lipps — who have experience in helping financial institutions manage their risks.
DeLoach, will be executive vice president, Financial Institution Products, responsible for heading the company’s financial instution product lines. He has nearly three decades of experience in product management in a broad array of insurance-related products for financial institutions. Prior to joining Balboa, DeLoach spent 12 years at JP Morgan Chase & Co.
Flowers will be executive vice president, Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Balboa, Flowers worked at ACS for 15 years where he held various senior sales and division management positions in consumer finance.
Lipps will be senior vice president, Sales and Product Development. Previously, he was a senior vice president at AEGON Direct Marketing Services.
