Yates & Associates, Santa Ana, Calif., has appointed Lani Vo underwriter/broker. Vo began her insurance career in 1984 with Reliance Insurance Co. After working as an underwriter assistant at ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½, she moved to Fireman’s Fund Insurance Co. as a commercial account associate. Most recently, Vo has spent the last several years at UCA General Agent as an agency underwriter. Reporting to Alex Zardeneta, Vo will be responsible for new business development and will specialize in contract property & casualty business.
