Pacific Coast E&S Services, Sherwood, Ore., is offering a new market for liquor liability in Oregon. This is a market for stand-alone liquor liability for restaurants, bars, taverns — live entertainment OK — package stores and private clubs. Assault and battery coverage is also available.
Coverage is being provided by an admitted company, Founders Insurance Co., rated “A-” VII. Policy limits are $1 million occ/$1 million aggregate.Producers contracted with Pacific Coast E&S are eligible.
