The program offers coverage for Botox, dermal fillers, lasers and medical peels, along with beauty industry services. Spas, doctors, nurses, aestheticians and other professionals can be considered for coverage.
Brokers nationwide are allowed access to this program. Rates are competitive, and a quick quote form can be submitted to get a premium indication prior to application submission. There are no volume requirements. Deductible is 5,000 for indemnity only. Coverage limits are up to $3 million and is provided by Lloyds of London.
