ICW Group has hired Raymond Lettus to become the senior production underwriter of commercial property and catastrophe lines of business, for the branch office in Bellevue, Wash. Lettus will be responsible for the ongoing growth of ICW in the Northwest marketplace.

Lettus, formerly director of underwriting of the Washington Schools Risk Management Pool, has nearly 28 years of commercial insurance experience. He has a significant background in marketing and growing profitable books of business for various insurance companies.

ICW Group, which includes Insurance Company of the West, Explorer Insurance Co. and Independence Casualty and Surety, is domiciled in California with the home office located in San Diego.
