Environmental insurance program manager, Freberg Environmental Inc. (FEI), based in Denver, announced the availability of employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) on all classes of business currently underwritten by the agency. Limits of liability are available in-house up to $1 million per claim and $1 million in the aggregate. The self insured retention begins at $5,000, and the policywriting minimum premium is $1,500. The security is underwriters at Lloyds, London, rated “A,” XV by A.M. Best.
The new EPLI product is available to all classes of business currently underwritten by FEI. Those classes include hazardous materials and waste trucking accounts, environmental contractors, environmental engineers, laboratories and other non-environmental lines.
