Beecher Carlson, an Atlanta-based brokerage and risk management consulting firm, has expanded its executive liability practice with the addition of Zulma Marquez Zak as senior vice president. Zak has more than 20 years experience in the insurance and risk management industry with specialized expertise in executive liability products. Zak will focus on business and client development for executive liability products and will operate from the Los Angeles office.
Prior to joining Beecher Carlson, Zak co-founded ECM Insurance Services, a firm specializing in executive liability exposures. She has also served as a financial services broker for Swett & Crawford and branch manager for National Union/ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½’s New Jersey office. Zak began her career working for American Home/ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½, where she concentrated in claim administration of directors and officers liability risks and underwrote all professional liability products.
