Burns & Wilcox, the nation’s largest independently-owned specialty insurance wholesaler, underwriter and managing general agent, appointed Sandy Sherman as an underwriter for the company’s New Mexico office.
Commercial Underwriter Sandy Sherman will be responsible for the underwriting and marketing of the new service center and will operate in collaboration with the Scottsdale, Ariz., under the direction of Vice President/Branch Manager Michael Maharaj.
Sherman’s insurance experience includes seven years as senior commercial underwriter with Nautilus Insurance Company in Scottsdale, Ariz.
