Irvine, Calif.-based Millennium Corporate Solutions has hired Matt Welty as its resident surety and bonds expert.

Welty, who has over 20 years of experience specializing in surety products, began his career at Amwest Surety Insurance Company, in San Bernardino in 1986 as its branch manager. Following that, he worked for 10 years at CalBond Insurance Agency in Corona as a surety specialist. Most recently, Welty owned and operated Critical Path Surety Insurance Agency Inc. in Irvine.
