Inc. (ISO) announced it will provide workers compensation injury-reporting services in all 50 states.
Using Inc.’s Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) technology, ISO will submit First Report of Injury (FROI), Subsequent Report of Injury (SROI) and Medical Payment (MED) reports from workers compensation insurer-customers to state industrial accident boards that accept electronic filings. For jurisdictions that do not accept reports in electronic format, ISO will convert customers’ FROI, SROI and MED reports to paper.
ISO also will manage preproduction testing of injury reports for its customers, perform data analysis, and maintain customer profiles. ISO will provide system setup, training and technical support for customers while maintaining their technology infrastructures.
