Pasadena, Calif.- based Western Security Surplus Insurance Brokers Inc. (WSS), announced a new market that will enable WSS to offer coverage for Vacant Buildings, Builders Risk and Renovations. The programs are underwritten by a California approved, “A” rated, non-admitted carrier.
The new programs are competitively priced with minimum premiums of $350. Property limits up to $2 million with deductibles starting at $500. There are no restrictions on type, age or construction of the building. Program is restricted to primary owner – no general contractors as named insureds.
