Washington consumers of dental insurance plans should stay away from Benefit Plans of America, Inc. as sold by Daniel A. White, according to Washington’s Office of the Insurance Commissioner (OIC).
The office has issued a Cease and Desist order prohibiting the soliciting, selling, issuing or transacting of insurance of this plan in Washington.
The dental coverage plan was sold as early as 1995.
