E.L.M. Insurance Brokers Inc. a specialist in professional liability has introduced a new package program for technology professionals. The package includes up-to-date errors and omissions language and general liability on an occurrence form as well as property coverage on a special form.
Companies with annual revenues of as much as $10 million are eligible for the program. In addition, E.L.M. has three markets available for larger firms.
Coverage can be written for technology professionals who do any of the following: programming, consulting, web page designing, customer software development, training, system designing and integration, hardware/software maintenance, electronic data processing, disaster recovery and database services.
Policy features include E&O with defense costs outside the limit of liability, duty to defend language, full prior acts coverage, as well as optional broad form endorsements that include intellectual property, unauthorized access, malicious code (virus) and personal injury coverages.
