The Hilb Group, a national property and casualty brokerage firm, announced it has acquired Insurance Consultants of Central Florida.
The Winter Park-based ICCF is a full-service broker offering individual, group and commercial insurance products. Agency principal John O’Donnell and his team will become part of Hilb’s growing presence in Central Florida, the company announced in a news release.
The Hilb Group is headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, and is part of the Carlyle Group investment firm. The company said it has made more than 125 acquisitions in the last few years and now has more than 100 offices in 22 states.
