Police agencies around the metro Atlanta area are teaming up to find a man accused of robbing five banks in Cobb, north Fulton and Cherokee counties since August.
The FBI says the most recent incident was in Roswell on Wednesday.
Agents say the man entered the Regions Bank and gave a note to a teller demanding money. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money from the teller and left without incident.
The suspect is accused of two bank robberies in Marietta, one in Woodstock, and another in Roswell on Aug. 19.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports the FBI’s Atlanta division announced in a release Thursday it’s working with law enforcement from the city of Roswell, and Cobb and Cherokee counties.
