The last of four Tiptonville, Tenn., firefighters who had been charged in a series of arsons has entered guilty pleas.
Floyd Kilburn pleaded guilty Jan. 22 to reckless burning charges, receiving a suspended jail term of 11 months, 29 days. He must repay two property owners $1,500 within a year.
Three other former firefighters charged in the fires have been given judicial diversion.
They are former Tiptonville Volunteer Fire Department chief James Blackburn, his grandson Brandon Blackburn and Chuck Burrus.
Authorities say 10 fires were set, burning unoccupied buildings, but causing no serious injuries.
