B. Eric Hempelman has been appointed executive vice president and COO of Uni-Ter Underwriting Management Corp., the Atlanta-based member of the U.S. RE Group that provides underwriting management and other insurance services to health care providers.
Over the years, Hempelman has served in senior management positions at Medical Mutual Liability Insurance Society of Maryland, NCRIC, American Physician’s Capital, and others. In his various assignments, Hempelman has managed underwriting, marketing, claims, risk management, and legal departments.
