The Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina (IIANC) announced the election of Don Evans of Coastal Insurance in Shallotte, as its new president.
Evans was elected to the office during the IIANC Annual Convention last month in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
Evans most recently served as the president-elect of the association. He has served on numerous committees for the Association, and has been heavily involved in the North Carolina PAC.
In addition to Evans, the IIANC Executive Committee was elected as follows:
President-Elect: Bo Walker – Walker Robinson Clark, Statesville
Vice President: Bill Bingham – The Lake Agency, Cornelius
Secretary/Treasurer: Kathy Lance – The L.N. Davis Company, Waynesville
Past President: J. Dal Snipes, – Snipes Insurance Service, Dunn
State National Director: Joe Kluttz – Albemarle Insurance Agency, Albemarle
